illiam Claton Dec'd all of the County of Greene and State of Ohio of th
e first part and Jonathan Claton of the County and State aforesaid of t
he other part and whereas Thomas Claton Senor late of the County of Gre
ene and State aforesaid deceased father to William Claton who is also d
eceased father to the said Rueben John Elizabeth Drusilla Mary Lewis Sa
ah and husband to the Said Margaret, died seized of the following desc
ibed tract of land in fee simple lying and being in the County of Gree
e and State of Ohio, to wit, a part of section number 30 and thirty si
c, in township third and range Seven Beginning at a stake north East of C

ed of Conveyance and Severally acknowledged the Signing and Sealing the
eof to be their act and deed for the Purposes therein espressed the sa
id Elizabeth Claton wife of Reuben Claton, Phebe Claton wife of John Cl
aton, Elizabeth Tingley wife of Jacob Tingley, Drusilla Cost wife of Ge
