  Notes	Bay City Times WACKERLE, MRS. ALVINA E. Auburn, Michigan Mrs. Wackerle, age 85 years, b eloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Thursd ay, September 13, 2012. She was born in Kawkawlin on July 19, 1927 to t he late Fred and Nettie (Wieland) Knochel. She married Wallace R. Wacke le on May 8, 1948. He preceded her in death on March 21, 2007. Alvina w as a lifelong resident of the area and she loved caring for her family, f iends and home. She was a devoted member of the Apostolic Christian Ch urch. She is survived by her children, Gayle and Richard Roberts of Bay C ity, Kenn and Kathleen Wackerle of Kawkawlin and Tina and Andrew Heinz o f New York, New York; five grand children Tyler, Kara and Kellie Wacker le; Rachel and Brent White, Zachary Roberts and fiancee April Torck; th ee great grandchildren; brothers and sisters Floyd Knochel, Laura Knap p and Fred Knochel II; sisters in law Madeline Bledsoe, Evelyn Knochel, L eanore Knochel, Elinor Knochel and Johanna Knochel. She was predeceased b y brothers and sisters Marie and Harold Schieler, Harold and Doris Knoc hel, Theodore Knochel, Alpha Knochel, Norman Knochel, Victor Knochel an d Herbert Knochel; sister in laws, Marion Knochel and Helen Knochel and b other in law Glenn Knapp. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, Septem ber 16, 2012, at 1pm from the Apostolic Christian Church with Clergy of t he Church presiding with burial in the Church Cemetery. Friends may cal l at the Rivertown Funeral Chapel on Saturday from 2 to 9pm. On Sunday M s. Wackerle will lie in state at church from 12 noon until time of ser vices. The family wishes to extend a thank you to the staff at Sheffiel d Bay for the loving and compassionate care given to her and the family . Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the fam ily's wishes.
